ADJUMANI. Mr Paulino Mukosa Vusso (born on December 15, 1952) is a retired teacher and politician. He has been described by many as a tolerant, cooperative and hardworking man.


The Late Francis Joash Ayume was a renowned lawyer and golfer who, at the time of his death was the Attorney General of Uganda.


The phrase ‘creative solidarity’ seems to find its place in his heart. This is pragmatically seen in the many works of charity he has done and continues to offer through lobbying and collaboration in West Nile region.


Dr Salim Ahmad Bachou was a prominent economist whose contributions cut across several sectors including politics, business, energy, tourism and wildlife. The Uganda government made him head of Vision 2025 and the National Economic Strategy.
